Do you store my data?
Yes — to provide the service you signed up for, we store the data you give us. Specifically:
- Account data (name, email, password hash) — kept for as long as your account is active.
- Project content (widgets, events, whatever your product creates) — kept until you delete it or your account.
- Usage data (request counts, latency, errors) — kept for 90 days for billing and incident-response purposes.
What we never do with your data
- We never train models on it.
- We never sell it.
- We never share it with third parties for advertising.
Where it lives
Data is stored in encrypted form, both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Storage region depends on the country you signed up from — EU customers' data stays in the EU; everyone else's stays in the US.
